History
MyHealthPublisher.com was founded in 2001 by True North Custom
Publishing, LLC. True North is the first publisher of fully-custom
healthcare newsletters and magazines. True North's unique TrueCustom
production process has shown marketers across America the value

Erich Gausch, New Media Director
Erich joined MyHealthPublisher.com at its inception in
2001. He coordinated the design and creation of the original
software, page layouts, and production processes. He continues
to work in all areas of the business, including writing,
photography, customer service, technical development, and
marketing. He coordinates program maintenance and enhancements
with digital developers, Internet hosts, and e-mail experts.
In addition, he’s been involved
with the creation of print magazines (hospital and outdoor
publications) at True North as a copywriter and manager.
Erich’s 25 years experience in journalism include
corporate (Ralston Purina Company, BlueCross BlueShield),
nonprofit (Young Audiences), agency, print magazine publishing,
and retail environments. He’s a magazine journalism
graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of
Journalism.

Stephanie Koukas, New Media Publisher
Stephanie joined True North Custom Publishing’s New
Media division in 2007. She coordinates all sales and marketing
efforts for MyHealthPublisher.com, MyHealthLibrary, and
custom products. She manages all client account activities,
provides e-marketing strategies, and handles monthly deploys
of each issue.
Stephanie has 15 years of experience in advertising, marketing
and sales for healthcare, retail and financial companies.
She has previously worked with executive management (Elliott
Wave International, The Krystal Company, Bradford Health,
and CorpCare Associates) on redefining branding and direct
marketing materials, advertising/marketing initiatives and
budgets, new business development, account/project management,
product development, customer service, graphic design, and
production. She attended the University of Tennessee at
Chattanooga to obtain her BFA with an emphasis in graphic
design.

Mitzi Brock, Circulation and Fulfillment Manager
Mitzi joined MyHealthPublisher.com in 2001 and was instrumental
in the creation and testing of original versions of the
program. She loaded and managed all monthly content—graphic
and editorial—for almost five years and is still involved
in testing and upgrading the program. She currently manages
150 mailing list databases for MyHealthPublisher.com and
True North Custom Publishing clients, and handles numerous
other functions for both companies.
She has 10 years experience in Web design, programming,
and database management. Prior to joining True North and
MyHealthPublisher.com, Mitzi worked for an international
computer company (Harwood International) designing Web
sites and managing the product database for an online
inventory site. She wrote programs for inventory, order
entry, contact management, executive reporting, and accounting
functions. Mitzi was a certified nursing assistant and
is the mother of a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Mercedez.
